Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We offer a flat rate shipping cost at checkout through Shopify Shipping, so your rates are based on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Carriers:

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Delays:

Please note that once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g. weather, holidays, or high volume periods). We’ll always do our best to get your package out on time!

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
